- One account per user; no sharing of credentials.

- No reverse engineering, circumvention of security, reselling, or removal of notices.

- You grant Brivi a limited license to host/process content to operate and improve the Service.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents.
6. Third‑Party Services
The Service may rely on third‑party providers (e.g., Neon, Cloudflare R2, transcription engine, payments). Your use may be subject to their terms.
7. Subscriptions, Fees, and Taxes
- Paid features are billed in advance and may include applicable taxes.
- Trials may be offered and can be terminated at any time.
- Plans renew automatically unless canceled before renewal; fees are generally non‑refundable.

10. Governing Law; Venue; Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to arbitration, courts in New Delhi, NCT of Delhi, India, have exclusive jurisdiction.
